All our sandwiches are freshly made on the spot, at our deli bar, using only top quality and carefully sourced ingredients. All our meat is supplied by Brooks Traditional Butchers. We use organic, handmade sourdough bread freshly baked daily. Our variety of artisan breads include organic Rye, organic sourdough Ciabatta’s and our classic Bagel.
